What We Do?

Read about our socially responsible business activities.

SET(H) did not start implementing its CSR strategy at any specific point in time. In fact, it has been continuously managed in an ethical manner and with concern for its internal and external environment since the company is settled. With this in mind, we operate our business in a way that creates value for society as well as reduces the negative impacts on the natural environment, beyond the sole focus on financial gains. You can read below about our responsible business practices. See our CSR Report.

+ - SPONSORSHIP OF ART TRAVEL

We are happy to be among sponsors of a journey of Polish artist Paweł Chlebek to Sydney, Australia. Sculpture by the Sea, Bondi is one of the largest free to the public annual sculpture exhibitions in the world. The first exhibition was staged on the spectacular Bondi to Tamarama coastal walk in Sydney 1997. It continues to be one of the most popular events in Sydney with 500,000 visitors viewing over 100 sculptures by artists from around the world.

The popularity of the Bondi exhibition led to the creation of Sculpture by the Sea, Cottesloe in Perth on Australia’s Indian Ocean coast in March each year. Staged since 2005, the Cottesloe exhibition features over 70 sculptures and is enjoyed by 260,000 visitors, making the exhibition as much a part of Perth as the Bondi show is in Sydney. The Organizer received over 500 submissions for this year’s exhibition, including 88 international artist submissions from 23 different countries. Paweł Chlebek is going to make a sculpture installation titled: “I Trust in You”.

+ - SPONSORSHIP OF THE OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY WORKSHOP

The center is involved in the social and occupational rehabilitation of 50 participants with determined levels of disability. Since the beginning of WTZ’s operations, a total of 173 people has undergone rehabilitation in the Workshop. The Workshop employs 16 people, including 10 occupational therapy instructors professionally prepared to run classes in 10 specialist workshops, i.e. art, photography, weaving, tailoring-knitting, printing-bookbinding, cooking, gardening, model-making and two ceramic workshops.

SET(H) has been involved in WTZ’s operations for many years, providing more than just financial support. We have been organizing numerous initiatives for patients, consisting of creating artworks, which has made them feel appreciated and needed.
