How Does it Work?
The grain mill production management system is the set of consistent applications maintaining traceability as far as possible. Besides, Quality Assurance is also controlled by the system via laboratory application. In details, the system allows you to plan and manage each step silo operations through these applications:
SRM portal for farmers: The platform is designed to allow growers to share the necessary information such as pests, deliveries, and orders. Also, it helps users to record Supplier contracts and manages the grower orders for products.
External Silo: This Application tracks the external silo operations associated to transport maintenance and cost, as well as the product availability records in respect to information from external warehouses.
Transport Services Provider: The system helps its users to record the type of truck, trailer and the type of weight and cost-related terms.
Scale Application: Application is designed to ease and manage the weighing process in respect to delivery schedules and laboratory trial labels.
Silo Application: This application combines important data regarding chambers, trucks weigh, laboratory. Essentially, you can supervise all raw material movements in chambers. And, it works with touch panel PC with a barcode scanner.
Mill Application: It manages the various kinds of orders-mixing up the order, production chamber order, packaging order- and the operations in respect to registered data.
Laboratory Application: The system consist the crucial information for mill management, it works coherently with other applications. Moreover, the system provides three interfaces for the devices -Amylograph, stenograph, farinograph) and it allows its users to conduct exploratory, scale and inner lab trials. Furthermore, you can also gather all necessary data for quality certificates.
QA guard Application: The quality assurance system is created as the technical solution to assure all CCPs are being checked within the work schedule. Particularly, it stores ISO documents and provides alert subsystem for ISO9001 activities.
Forklift Application: This windows mobile application is designed to manage warehouse operations with the use of a forklift.
Warehouse Management Application: It helps to track all operations in the warehouse, basically you can supervise packing, mixing up and storing products for storing or delivery, trucks loading and as well as rework and rejected goods/ material movements.
Supervisor Mobile Application: This part of the system is crucial to display and trace all other internal applications within mill management. Specifically, it consists data regarding contacts for purchase, selling management, laboratory measurements for certificates management, transport information for orders management, and silo reports for work orders management.
Customer Application: Application records data coming from external warehouses of returning empties, customer evaluation as well as the transport preferences.

Design and Implementation Processes
